The large terrace of Sova apartment offers wonderful views over the town of Petrovac and the Adriatic Sea. This apartment has two bedrooms and the apartment complex has a pool for it's guests. This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 5 story building, with a lift. The large open plan of the living room offers a relaxing place for your family to enjoy your holiday together and has double doors out to the terrace. The space The fully equipped kitchen has all utensils needed for cooking meals in. The living room has a dining room table with seating for 4 people. The living room has a fold out sofa bed, WiFi and Cable TV. You will also be able to stream your apps by logging into the smart TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed with direct access to the terrace and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people. The living room has a fold out sofa, which can sleep one more person. The terrace offers outside seating with a sofa, chairs, tables and sun lounge chairs. The terrace also has a retractable sun awnings for shade. There is a walking path to the beach in Petrovac, which is 500 meters away. You can also drive to one of the many beaches nearby or grocery stores in only a few minutes down to Petrovac. There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine and a clothes dryer machine. There is also a half bathroom with toilet and sink. The main promenade of Petrovac, the Riva, is a pedestrian only path along the beach with many restaurants and shops. The beach in Petrovac has sun lounge chairs for rent and there are also cafes on the beach. The water and electricity companies in Montenegro preform maintenance works on their systems, sometimes without advance notice. If we receive advance notice of a scheduled repair work, we will let you know right away.
