Ideal for large families, friends' reunions, and special events for privacy & fun. Other things to note The house A six-bedroom house on the edge of Choirokoitia, sleeping thirteen. It is one large property with a granny annexe attached: four bedrooms in the main house, two more in the annexe along with its own kitchenette and small sitting room. You have the whole place, grounds included. Nobody else is on site. The grounds This is what people book it for. A 10 by 5 metre pool with a shallow pool attached for small children, a private padel court with floodlights so you can play after dark, a tennis court, table tennis, and a separate gym building beside the courts. Rackets and balls are provided for the padel and the tennis. There is a Cypriot foukou barbecue with all the utensils you need. Bring your own charcoal. Eating together The indoor dining table seats ten to twelve. Out on the veranda you can set up for twenty. The kitchen has recently been refurbished. If you would rather not cook, we can put you in touch with private chefs who work locally. Sleeping Six bedrooms: three with double beds, two twin rooms, and one with a bunk bed plus a single. The twin beds cannot be pushed together, as the frames are the old style. Four bathrooms, two of them en-suite, plus a separate WC. Fold-out beds, a travel cot and a high chair are available on request. Access There is a ground-floor bedroom with its own bathroom and shower, which works for guests with limited mobility. The entrance has one or two small steps, so anyone unsteady on their feet would want a hand getting in. Tell us before you book and we will talk it through properly. Arriving Nisa, our housekeeper, meets you at the house, lets you in and shows you round. She is on site during your stay for anything you need: water, supplies, or a question about how something works. Let us know your arrival time in advance so she is there to meet you. The village Choirokoitia is a working village in the Larnaca district, roughly twenty to thirty minutes from both Larnaca and Limassol. There are restaurants in the village itself and more a five to ten minute drive away in the neighbouring villages. The Alfamega supermarket is five minutes by car. You will want a car here.
