Other things to note Important: Since 01/01/2024, the city of Chemnitz has been levying an accommodation tax (5% of the overnight price incl. cleaning fee). For certain reasons, one is exempt from it (e.g. medically necessary stay, preparatory measures for starting an apprenticeship, degree of disability 80% or more). The tax must be paid to the host as an "intermediary" for the city of Chemnitz on site at the latest upon departure. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this...
