We offer a unique property with its own coastline, ideal for relaxation surrounded by nature. Main amenities: - Private plot: guests have access to a plot where they can rent a sauna, jacuzzi, water bikes, kayaks and SUP boards, - A cottage with a view of the lake and a private pier, - The cottage is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a hair dryer, air conditioning, - To ensure full freedom and comfort, we offer the possibility of self check-in. The space The cottage is about 40 m2. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette. Each room has a beautiful view of the lake. To ensure comfort for our guests, the cottage is equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, a hair dryer, a clothes steamer, and an electric awning on the terrace to protect against the sun. Guest access A private plot with a private jetty and ladder is available to guests. The plot has a shoreline. For an additional fee, you can use: - exclusive saunas with a view of the lake, - outdoor Jacuzzi with a view of the lake (offer available in the high season July-August), - SUP boards, - pedal boats, - kayaks, - boats. The above amenities are located on a private plot that is entirely for the use of guests.
