We offer furnished private suites with access to shared living spaces, including an outdoor spa (hot-tub & cedar sauna), rooftop patio with stunning city and harbour views. This setup is ideal for professionals, couples or anyone needing a getaway in a comfortable space. Residents also enjoy complimentary snacks and a coffee bar courtesy of the homeowner, including Nespresso and Jura machines for morning coffee or a midday pick-me-up. Private Suites: ☆Sunrise View Suite - Bright and open, featuring a queen bed with city views toward the east. The bathroom is combined with the bedroom in a functional layout. Ideal for solo residents or couples who appreciate natural morning light. ☆Sunset View Suite - Cozy queen-bed bedroom with backyard patio views toward the west. The bathroom is located just across the hall and is accessed via a shared hallway. Laundry facilities are available nearby. ☆Penthouse Suite - Full-level bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. Residents in this room have extra privacy and direct access to spa-style features within the home, including a sauna, steam shower, and hot tub. Shared Home Features: ✦Rooftop Patio – Panoramic views of Halifax Harbour and the iconic bridges, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. ✦Comfort & Wellness – In-floor heating throughout the home; shared sauna and hot tub provide a relaxing home spa experience. ✦Kitchen & Snacks – Residents can enjoy a coffee bar and complimentary snacks provided by the homeowner. ✦Laundry – Self-service laundry is available for residents (if available). ✦Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM onwards for shared spaces; rooftop use is permitted with minimal noise. Guest Access & Entry: ✦Fully self-check-in: via secure entry codes. Homeowner available via text for questions or assistance. ✦Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, rooftop, and spa area. Parking & Accessibility: ✦Free street parking in front of the home. Limited private driveway parking (please avoid blocking neighbors). ✦Street cleaning: Wednesdays 1:00–3:00 AM — no parking on our side. ✦Stairs: ~20 steps to main level, additional ~20 to top level; residents should be comfortable with stairs. Property Overview: Owner-occupied upper unit with furnished private suites and easy self-check in. Ground-level unit is a long-term rental. Shared parking and common areas with tenants. Key Point: This is a shared, owner-occupied home with short-term room rentals, not a hotel or commercial operation. All amenities are open year round. We do not have a time constraint on outdoor amenities but we request quiet hours after 10pm to respect our neighbours :) During your stay The owner / host will send you a check in text on the day of your arrival to provide you with self-check in instructions and codes. Other things to note This is a STR (Short-term rental). Nightly stays. No parking on our side of the street for Wednesday morning street cleaning (1-3am).
