The kitchen, part of the same open space, is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The first bedroom, accessible from the living room, features a double bed and a large wardrobe. Next to it, a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a spectacular en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms boast wonderful views of the city’s historic walls. The third bedroom, located to the right of the living room, also features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This apartment is situated on one of Pisa’s most famous avenues, allowing guests easy access to the city’s most iconic monuments, as well as local shops and restaurants. The city of Pisa charges a tourist tax (4% of the total amount of your reservation) per stay. This tax applies to all visitors, is not included in the room rate, and will be paid directly at the accommodation upon arrival. For monthly stays, water and electricity are included up to a maximum of €100 per month. If consumption exceeds this amount, the guest will be responsible for the difference. The corresponding invoice will be provided by the accommodation to verify the expenses. During your stay, access to the property is strictly limited to the number of individuals specified at the time of booking. Entry is prohibited for anyone not registered as part of the reservation.
