Nice cocooning studio with outdoor area covered in winter, not overlooked! Come drop off your bags for a romantic weekend or during a business trip and why not take a break on the way to your vacation! A two-minute walk away you will find a pizzeria or a 10-minute walk to a brewery. You can enjoy relaxing during your stay or after your work day. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and parking. The space Once you arrive at the accommodation, you will find the kitchen equipped. Which gives access to the living room, you can see the bedroom. Heading towards the terrace you will find the bathroom, on your left at the bedroom level. Cleaning fees will be charged if the studio is not returned in a suitable condition. The studio has WiFi, but we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused or outages. It has a jacuzzi, but we are not responsible for any breakdowns caused. No outside visitors allowed, only people who are on the booking! Guest access We will be there to welcome you and explain how the accommodation works. The accommodation is located next to our main home. Other things to note The Christmas season is open, a warm decoration has been set up especially for this event😉.
