Charming 120 m² detached house with pool in small typical Vexin village. All the comforts for 4 people, and up to 8 possible thanks to its 2 large sofa beds in the living room. 8 x 12 m pool heated from May to October, on a 120 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture under a bioclimatic pergola and a barbecue, all on a 300 m² enclosed garden. The little hidden extra: a sauna, ideal for relaxation! From 11/01 to 04/20 > 4 people maximum The space A large living room (living room, dining room + kitchen) with independent access to the parking lot (parking shared with the owners) and outside (terrace & pool). From this room, you can access an airlock that leads to the sauna, shower room, toilet, ground floor bedroom + 2nd bedroom via a spiral staircase. Guest access The entire property is accessible, except the cellar. Other things to note The village is very quiet and we want to respect its tranquility.
