Evington House is Grade II listed with many original features providing a quirky interior with all the modern conveniences where you need them. The house is situated down a private road providing a peaceful stay, deer often roam in the garden. We allow birthday celebrations, hen do's etc The space The Georgian part of the house benefits from tall ceilings in the lounge and drawing room (12ft), the kitchen is well equipped with a large table to seat 16. There is a great flow to the downstairs between the kitchen, lounge and drawing room. The drawing room in particular is impressive with its ornate ceiling cornice and large windows. The Tudor part of the property has its own lounge and kitchen and 3 further double bedrooms. In total there are 8 bedrooms. There is plenty of parking, the property is set behind electric gates. Ideally situated to explore the stunning Cotswolds Guest access Four of the seven bedrooms have their own en-suite, please note the 8th bedroom is small (containing a double bed). Please also note the single beds in bedroom 2 are small singles. Other things to note The price reflects 16 guests staying, additional beds can be setup in the rooms (further 3 singles) which allows for 19. The absolute maximum is 21 (a double bed setup in the cottage lounge on the ground floor). Additional guests (above 16) are charged at £55 per guest per night.
