Welcome to our charming and cosy space in Saggart, Dublin 24, where comfort meets convenience and scenic beauty. Located just 500 meters from the Red LUAS line, our space offers direct and effortless access to Dublin’s vibrant city centre and scenic beauty of Dublin, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Please note that breakfast is not included. The space Enjoy a private ground-floor bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, offering complete privacy as there are no other bedrooms on this floor. You’ll have your own private bathroom with hot water access. Free parking is conveniently available right outside the property. Please Note the Following: The room is located within a house and includes a private bathroom next to the room (it is not an ensuite). The host family(couple and a 5 year old kid)resides on-site, on the second floor of the house. A fridge, microwave, and toaster are available upon request. A kettle is provided in the room for your convenience. Guest access Access to a private room and bathroom. You’re welcome to use the microwave and toaster in the kitchen area. Other things to note For guests using public transport, the Saggart and Fortunestown LUAS tram stops are just a 5-minute walk from the property. Getting here from Dublin Airport takes around 45-50 minutes: take Dublin Bus No. 750 or 726 to the Red Cow LUAS station, then transfer to the LUAS tram to Saggart or Fortunestown. Once you're here, the LUAS tram is just a short 5-minute walk away, providing direct access to Dublin City Center in 40 minutes or The Square Shopping Center in 10 minutes. You'll also find local Irish shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk.
