The space This two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the second floor unit of a 3-unit house. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 6. The family room has a large comfy couch and smart TV. Off of the family room is a private balcony. You will love the large 65" inch Roku TV in the living room! One of the bedrooms also has a TV where you can enjoy your shows in privacy. Guest access The entire apartment is yours, including your private balcony. You also have access to the FREE washer and dryer located in the basement that is shared with other guests. There is also one parking spot available for this unit. Other things to note This apartment is on the second floor unit of a 3-unit house. Other long-term or short-term guests may be present in the other apartments of the house. You will need to climb stairs to get to this unit. Parking -- One off street parking space is provided behind the house for MIDSIZED VEHICLES ONLY! Oversized vehicles such as SUVs will not fit in the driveway. Street parking is FREE. However, you must submit your vehicle information to the city if parking on the street overnight (3:00 am to 6:00 am). It is an easy process and we provide you with the link to do so. Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee.
