The space The 9 rental units are located between 2 buildings on the same property. There are 7 one bedroom/one bath apartments, 1 studio and 1 three bedroom/one bath. Units 1-5 are in the first building. Apartments 1 and 5 are located on the first floor while 2-4 are up one flight of stairs. Units 6-9 are located behind building 1 in a second building. Apartments 6 and 7 are on the ground floor, 7 and 9 are up one flight of stairs. Other things to note No events or parties are permitted on the property. This is a gated community with several long term residents and quiet hours do apply when renting the entire property. There is a $25 fee, per unit, to use our laundry facility. Please message us to receive an invoice and the code for the laundry room. Detergent is not included at this time, please bring your own. Luggage storage is available for $10 before check in if your unit is not ready and after check out if needed. Please contact us for more information.
