This is a rural area. If you are not flexible, an extremely picky person and expect everything to be PERFECT this house might not be a place for you. If you’re ok with that, you are going to love it. House rules Check in: 03:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM No parties or events Note - we allow up to 12 people in the property at all times, this includes children of 2 years old and above - House does not have Backup Generator During your stay we will allow you to bring up to 2 dogs We are flexible for early check in and late check out. as long as there is availability to do so. This is something we would arrange in the days prior to the check in - You acknowledge that a Security Deposit OF up to $500 WILL BE required at check in for incidentals (such as for any damage in property, loss or unreturned keys, If lock must be changed, etc, etc) - A contract with all the rules established by the host during the stay will be sent and must be signed with the security deposit prior to check in. - Do not exceed the maximum occupancy. If you bring more persons to the property, without approval and consent of the host you may be forced to vacate the premises immediately and receive no refund
