The space Located in front of the Urión River, this modern and cozy cabin offers an exclusive experience on the Delta Island. It's the only house for rent, which ensures total privacy and tranquility. Only 15 minutes from San Isidro and 40 minutes from downtown, it combines comfort with pure nature. Inside, it has an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sommier and cable TV, a full bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with a king size sommier, cold/heat air and a desk for a home office. All rooms are heated with electric panels, so you can enjoy comfort in any season. Outside, you'll find a private dock and beach, a deck with a wood-burning oven and stove, your own grill overlooking the river, 70 m² of park, volleyball/football tennis court and kayak included to explore the area. Ideal for those looking to disconnect from the routine, reconnect with the simple and rest in a serene, intimate and natural environment. Guest access You can use the entire property!!! We recommend bringing everything you need for your stay.
