VILLA NANÀ is a charming sea view villa 500 meters from the beach. Pina and Nicola will be happy to entrust you with the villa, wishing you an extraordinary vacation! Recently built, the villa is well equipped and is equipped with the best comforts to spend a relaxing and fun vacation at the same time. In particular, the large SWIMMING POOL, the covered VERANDA where everyday life mainly takes place and the large BARBECUE area. The space The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in standard conditions, a baby cot is also available (on request) to be placed in the double bedroom (we can arrange additional beds near the main location to be requested and agreed via email). The VILLA, inside, is characterized by the presence of 4 rooms: - a large KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM - a DOUBLE BEDROOM - a 3-person BEDROOM with a French bed, double bed underneath and single bed on top. - an ANNEX with double bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. - a BATHROOM with internal shower and an external SHOWER with hot water. The interior of the house is stylishly furnished. The rooms are air-conditioned with an efficient air-conditioning and heating system that can be operated by remote control in every room (except the bathroom). The interior area of the villa is covered by the Wi-Fi Internet network and there is also a TV with satellite system receiving Hot Bird channels. A safe is available. The highlight is the newly built 10x5 meter private infinity pool with salt water (also suitable for sports training). From the poolside, you can enjoy a wide panorama and a spectacular sunset and until late at night you can enjoy all the amenities of the villa, respecting the quiet of the site and the rules of good individual behavior. The garden, rich in aromatic essences typical of Sardinian flora, is an iconic place to relax outdoors. The LARGE VERANDA with vertical fabric curtains shelters from the sun and creates a relaxation area where there are comfortable sofas and tables overlooking the pool, with views of the sea and surrounding landscape. On the same veranda, there is also a large teak table with chairs for breakfasts, lunches and dinners to be spent in the company of family and/or friends. The villa can be reached from the entrance through an electric gate with remote control or access code that guarantees a high level of privacy and quiet. A private driveway, accessible by car or on foot, leads to the villa, which is bordered by a large granite stone fence and chestnut fences. Here there is also a private CAR PARKING SPACE, and there is also a second covered CAR PARKING SPACE. *Daily pool maintenance service by authorized personnel *The final cleaning of the villa is excluded from the price of the stay, the amount is €100 to be paid in cash upon arrival. You can receive the linen package (towels-sheets) for a fee of €20 per person (optional). The photos do not use wide angles and the villa has no video surveillance systems to ensure maximum privacy.
