Parking: There is ample off-street parking for up to 4 cars in the driveways/room for a trailer with a boat. Note: No street parking is permitted, and RV's are allowed to be parked in the driveway, but they cannot be occupied during the stay. Please note the driveway= Maximum occupancy for the property, 4 guests total. Guest Access: The entire home is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a door code. The garage is locked and not for guest use. Additional Info About the Home: - During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. We recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand during these times. We get more snow than you might think, so be sure to check the forecast! Roads are plowed, but we cannot guarantee the road will be plowed. - Laundry: Guests will have access to the Washer and dryer during their stay, with detergent provided. - Some outdoor furniture is stored inside during cold months. Gas Grill and outdoor dining table are available year-round. -Please note that our property is not child-proofed and is not suitable for young children. We strive to maintain a tranquil atmosphere best suited for adult guests. In addition, our space features one-of-a-kind pieces of art that are irreplaceable, adding a unique touch to your stay. Other things to note House Rules: -The HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am. - No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 4 guests maximum is STRICTLY enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a large wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of. - No smoking is allowed on the property. - Use of the wood fire pit is prohibited during any burn bans. Guest will be responsible for any fines incurred for burning during the ban. - Please review the Rental Agreement for all home rule specifics. - There are four exterior cameras to monitor the property entrypoints for liability and to ensure all house rules are followed. - Harry’s Hideaway is our family cabin, and we ask that you treat it with respect like you would your own home. - The cabin is not waterfront. Lake Cushman and Lake Kokanee are both about a 5-minute drive from the cabin (some lake access is further away depending on what park you choose to go to. They are all beautifully maintained). Pets: This is a Dog-Friendly home. Well-trained dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Please indicate if you'll be bringing your dog when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture; please use the dog bed and dog blankets provided. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning efforts will be charged accordingly. We have dog bowls and provide pet waste bags. Please clean up after your dog and leave used water and food bowls soaked with water in the kitchen sink. We are in an active wildlife environment, for your pet's safety dogs it is highly advisable they are on a leash at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended inside or outside. Check trail guides, as not all hikes are dog-friendly. Dogs only, absolutely no cats allowed due to owners severe cat allergy. Fees, Pricing, and Booking: - The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests when booking. Maximum Occupancy is 4 adults. - We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. - We uphold our cancellation policy. (Airbnb offers travel insurance for your protection). - Please note that our property is not child-proofed and is not suitable for young children.
