The space This home is unique in that you are 15 min from town, shopping, restaurants, and big box stores , but it's like you are at a Lakeside resort in the forest. Guest access 4 Guests have full access to the home and plenty of parking for a couple vehicles, a trailer, RV, or boat. If you want to book an event for more than 8 people there will be additional fees. Parking will need to be authorized. Small day gatherings of up to 8 people ok, no overnight guests beyond 4 adults. Other things to note Guests occasionally comment about the sound of the train whistles echoing across the lake. Pattison Lake fishing is open year-round and offers great fishing for stocked rainbow trout. The lake also supports naturally reproducing populations of largemouth bass, yellow perch, black crappie, and rock bass. Don’t miss the free public boat launch adjacent to the short term-rental. Boaters are reminded that the lake has a 5 mph speed limit year round. Two-pole fishing is allowed
