The space Welcome to our newly renovated spacious home, where you will be able to experience the peaceful ambiance of an inviting Detroit retreat surrounded by privacy. Inside you will find one master suite ( with a full bathroom) and two bedrooms (all with queen beds & on second floor), two more full bathrooms (1 on 1st floor & 1 on 2nd floor), large kitchen which opens into a dining area. The open concept living area is where you can relax, watch a movie, and quickly change your settings by stepping out to the backyard, where you can catch a breath of fresh air. The laundry is on the first floor along with a fireplace, and complimentary high speed WiFi is provided. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire home minus the basement. Other things to note All rules are strictly enforced so please read carefully: Maximum occupancy is 6 people only. Over occupancy may result in eviction. No Smoking allowed inside. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 penalty fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. No pets allowed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. No parties or events. We kindly ask you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Guest agrees to pay for any damages caused by anyone in your party. Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property. There are no cameras located inside the home. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the noise level.
