3 bed / 4 bath, great for kids, sleeps 6. Fantastic, centrally located family vacation home for visiting Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia (DMV). Retreat to the quiet suburbs after experiencing the DMV! On the 1st floor is the main entrance, garage and office / exercise room with an adjacent full bathroom. The 2nd floor includes the open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room with an adjacent half bathroom and access to the deck with grill and patio furniture. The third floor includes a master suite with en-suite full bathroom, a new 55-inch Roku TV installed in the master bedroom, the laundry room and two bedrooms that share a full bathroom in the hallway. I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. House Rules: Here are the House Rules: #1: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. #2: There is no smoking inside the home at any time. (Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside) #3: Home should be locked and the garage door closed whenever all guests leave the property. #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately to your host. #5: No Parties or events. #6: Garbage pickup is Friday mornings. Please move the trash cans from the garage to the curb on Thursday night and return them to the garage after garbage is picked up. #7: Please return everything to where you found it. #8: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! Additional Guest Fee: An extra guest fee of $25 per guest will apply for guests beyond the 6 occupancy. This fee helps cover additional costs associated with increased occupancy, including water, electricity, laundry, and other utilities.
