Its privileged location, right in the heart of La Turballe, allows you to access the beach, shops and the market on foot. The space Very bright living room equipped with a 140 x 200 sofa bed (17 cm thick mattress) with TV and southwest facing balcony. Kitchen, separated by a large glass wall, fitted and equipped (fridge/freezer with 3 drawers, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, Tassimo coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). Balcony equipped with an awning, a folding table, 4 folding chairs and 2 deck chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, large closet and balcony. Equipped bathroom, large shower, toilet, hairdryer. WIFI The apartment has just been refurbished in the spring of 2024. All equipment is new and of quality. Because the apartment must be impeccable before each tenant, the cleaning fee is mandatory. It is €30 for short stays (2 days or less) and beyond, it will be €50. However, please make sure not to leave the accommodation messy before your departure (kitchen/dishes tidied up, bed(s) unmade, garbage cans taken out, etc.). In case of breakdown or accidental damage, it can happen, please let me know quickly. The bed will be made on arrival, towels and tea towels will be provided. If you have a baby, we can lend you a baby bed (with fitted sheet) and a high chair. Other things to note The rental is for people over 18 years old. No pets allowed. Parties and evenings are not allowed. No smoking in the unit. 2 nights rental minimum. Weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) from July 4 to August 29, 2025.
