It has a living room with a long chaise sofa and overlooking a fantastic living terrace, where you can enjoy a good breakfast or a pleasant aperitif, a practical kitchenette equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, a large double bedroom with ironing board and iron and bathroom with a washing machine. Completing the apartment, a very comfortable private covered parking space accessible with the elevator on the floor. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for their exclusive use. For access to the apartment, a custom code valid for the duration of the stay will be provided, therefore it will be essential to bring your mobile phone with you at all times as it will replace the entrance keys. To enter and leave the house there are no times to respect, only the good rules of living in a Condominium! Other things to note The apartment will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the reservation. People not registered at check-in are not allowed in the apartment. In no case is the accommodation allowed for people who exceed the number provided in the reservation, unless previously agreed upon.
