It features a living room with a chaise longue sofa and a fantastic terrace, perfect for enjoying a hearty breakfast or a relaxing aperitif. There's also a practical kitchenette equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher. A spacious double bedroom with an iron and ironing board and a windowed bathroom with a washing machine completes the apartment. The apartment also includes a convenient private covered parking space accessible by elevator. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment at their exclusive disposal. To access the apartment, they will be provided with a personalized code valid for the duration of their stay. Therefore, it is essential to always carry your cell phone with you, as it will replace the entrance keys. There are no time limits to enter and exit the apartment, just the good rules of condominium living! Other things to note The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking. Entrance to the apartment is not permitted to anyone who is not registered at check-in. Under no circumstances will occupancy exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation, unless previously agreed upon.
