Enjoy a memorable vacation for your family in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home close to the lake.The rooms are all comfortable and beautifully curated with you, our guests, in mind. Our goal is to provide a calm and peaceful space for families or friends staying all together! There is ample space to spread out but also areas to feel cozy and relax. Enjoy the beautiful porches (front and back) for coffee in the mornings or with a glass of wine in the evening. The fenced backyard is perfect for some fun games and bonding moments that everyone will remember. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the designated owner's closets which we use for storage of our personal belongings. Guests are welcome to use all the amenities provided in our lake retreat. SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY IS NOT PERMITTED. No pets allowed in our property due to our children's allergies. This is strictly imposed for our children's safety. If you are looking to have a party or bring extra guests beyond the absolute maximum of 8 guests, this home is not for you. Bedroom 1 the master bedroom has a King Size Bed (Sleeps 2), and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 has King Size Bed (Sleeps 2). Bedroom 3 has Queen Size Bed (sleeps 2) Our property is only a block from the lake and a 5 minute walk to and from Downtown Coeur D'Alene and the CDA Resort, yet tucked away on a quiet lot with a private backyard I'm a tree-lined street. The house is a spacious and features gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout the entry, front sitting room (which is ideal for conversion and family bonding), family room, kitchen and dining room which are all in the main level. Top floor hallway, sitting area, and master bedroom also feature gorgeous hardwood flooring. The two other bedrooms are carpeted. Gas fireplaces in family room & MBR, flat screen smart TVs, and a gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, wood cabinetry, and high-end kitchen appliances for easy meal prep, make this home an ideal place for entertaining or just relaxing with friends and family. The front porch and front yard, back patio and backyard, and top floor deck makes it easy to come together and enjoy each other’s company or retreat for some alone time. Central air and heat throughout the house makes it very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing during the hot summer weather or cold winter nights. Parking is a premium in downtown CDA but our property comes with a street parking permit in front of the property and private parking at the back of the house. This home is the perfect base for all of Coeur D'Alene attractions, events and festivals. The home is situated a couple blocks from the Ironman start and finish line as well as a block from the Beach which will be the perfect spot to watch the July 4th fireworks. Walk along the 23 miles Centennial trail or hike along Tubbs Hill which is just a few minutes walk from the home. Silverwood Family Theme park is a quick 25-minute drive for some summer fun. During winter time, the Silver Mountain Ski hill is a quick 40 minute drive and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort, and Schweitzer (the largest resort in Idaho and Washington) is 1.5 hours away.
