Welcome to this suite in our house in El Boalo! Find your cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Madrid and a jump from La Pedriza. Very close routes and climbing, as well as the village a five-minute walk away. We have a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. You can access the smart TV with various platforms. The fireplace awaits you in winter and the pool in summer. The garden can be enjoyed year-round. If you're craving a BBQ, go ahead! We look forward to seeing you! The space It is located on a plot of 700 meters. The space is a suite with a bathroom and kitchen, with independent access from the garden. Guest access You can enjoy the garden, pool (summer season) and barbecue, all shared with us. The possibility of particular yoga classes is offered on the same estate (check details and availability before the visit). Other things to note The containers are located at the end of the street as soon as you exit the portal on the right. If you come with a pet, please avoid passing to the fenced areas of the garden and do your needs within the plot. Thank you if you also avoid getting on the couch. In the apartment there are always books of the Sierra de Guadarrama with directions to visit it, we also leave recommendations of restaurants in the area, however do not forget to consult us! Important notice: From 1 July 2025, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1028 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, the Suite that I offer in my habitual residence can only be booked by guests whose purpose of visit is not tourism and if the short-term stay will be governed by the Civil Code. When confirming the reservation, the guest will have to sign a declaration of the purpose of the visit and sign a short-term rental contract, since according to current legislation, the rental of this Suite is only officially possible for short-term stays for non-tourist purposes (business trip, work, teleworking, studies, training, attendance at events, medical reasons, visit to family or friends, sports activities (hiking, mountaineering, cycling, etc.).
