We offer you a The space Spacious group house that you can take over for yourself to relax with your loved ones – even in autumn and winter: The Baltic Sea is a beautiful place when it is crisp and cold and you can warm up again after a walk on the nearby cliffs at home with a tea. Our 80 sqm cozy group room with open kitchen covers the entire upper floor. About 22 people can spend time together here. The group room has a gallery with armchairs and a bed and also offers toilets, a bathroom, a 25 sqm balcony and a huge window area with direct views of the Baltic Sea. The house also has four apartments on the ground floor, so up to 22 people can stay. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen, its own shower room and its own wooden terrace. In addition, depending on the season, there is the possibility to expand the house with additional rooms in the neighboring houses. Please feel free to contact us!
