Straushaus - Wellness Hideaway Straussee [Sauna]

The Straushaus is a beautiful villa right on the lake - all to yourselves. The very spacious 400 square metre 12-room villa has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. It has 6 bedrooms (one of which is a quiet connecting room), 3 bathroom, sauna, boat, SUP, table football, garden & terrace, large living room with fireplace, projector & lake view. Minimum stay: 2 nights. No JGA/party The space The Straushaus am Straussee is our private residence, where I live temporarily with my two teenage sons. During the time we are away, the Straushaus is available for your exclusive use for your time out or a short vacation. Friend and family gatherings, workations, retreats, offsites and moderate birthdays can all be held here. Stag parties (JGAs) are not possible due to bad experiences. The large living room and the dinning room each offer space for 12 people. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed; the maisonette children's rooms each have a queen-size mattress on the sleeping level with a direct view of the lake or the starry sky. On request, up to 2 additional sofa beds and/or 2 x additional single mattresses can be provided. This is charged at €50 per person per night. A late check-out at 2 pm instead of 11 am is possible on request and will be charged at a flat rate of €200. Soap, shower gels and shampoos are available in all bathrooms, as well as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. All further information about the Straushaus, its facilities and additional bookable specials such as a slow-food private chef, private city tours, herbal walks, private glider flights over Strausberg/Berlin, professional photo shoots or on-site yoga sessions are available on request. Important: When you send me a booking request, please write me a few words about yourself, your travel group, your age range and your ideas about what your time out at Straushaus should look like. Without this information I will unfortunately not be able to answer your booking request. Thank you very much! JGAs/bachelor parties and parties are not possible. Guest access 24h access via key safe Other things to note Safety advice for parents of small children: The Straushaus at lake Straussee is generally suitable for families and children, you are particularly welcome! Please note, however, that babies and small children who cannot swim are exposed to particular dangers on a water property and must be monitored, especially near the shore and on the jetty, in order to avoid accidents. Please also note that babies and small children on the terrace could crawl under the railing with its horizontal (not vertical) struts. So far, nothing has ever happened and we want to keep it that way.
