La Casa del Nueve is a fully rental rural home dating back to 1810. The house has been beautifully and completely restored. The house has the typical appearance of an early 19th-century rural mountain home in the Jerte Valley. Special attention has been paid to the decor, 21st-century amenities, and the quality of the materials used. Since it’s located in the center of town and just a stone’s throw from the natural pool on the Jerte River, we enjoy all the benefits of being able to explore the area on foot. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers, and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the first floor, there is a large entry hall, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept space combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen that opens onto a small patio. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a pleasant terrace with chairs. The second floor consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has a wooden sunroom typical of 19th-century rural homes, where you can enjoy the views.
