The apartment is on the top floor of a small 3-story building (only one set of stairs to climb) and has panoramic views from all the sides. The neighborhood is very friendly and the gated community is one of the top spots many locals choose to live because of its beauty, close proximity to Bodrum city center and security. In the winter months, you will enjoy the sun-drenched terrace and the heating in the apartment (there are radiators throughout). In the summer months, there is a cool breeze coming from the sea coupled with air conditioning throughout the place. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a brand new modern refrigerator, Nespresso machine, top tier drip coffee machine, latte machine, kettle, toaster, penne grill and a fully functional oven for cooking or grilling. Please be aware that the pools are open during summer months only and depending on the weather conditions their opening dates and closure dates may shift. Guests can also have access to two shared terraces in the courtyard overlooking lush greenery of Bitez valley. Guests have access to the swimming pools during summer months however we cannot guarantee that the pools will be open during your stay if the weather conditions delay pool openings. Please check with us if this is a crucial need for you.. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited except on the private terrace of the apartment.
