The space One Bedroom Condo #220 offers: - Approximately 690 square feet with a living space, sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom. - A king size bed in the bedroom with a sliding door. - Living area features a sofa, chair, coffee table, TV and DVD player. - The dining area that seats up to 4 people. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. - The kitchen is stocked with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils and stove top. There is no oven. - A full bathroom with two separate entrances and an oversized bathtub. - The one-bedroom condominium accommodates 4 people. Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
