Vallarta Sun Suites is located in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta just a few steps from one of the most attractive beaches in Puerto Vallarta "Playa de los Muertos" and surrounded by attractive cafes and restaurants. Our location allows you to walk to the most beautiful places in Vallarta. At the same time you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our facilities and be located in the heart of Old Vallarta. The space The Studio Suites have a king size bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, cable TV, safe, telephone, interphone and high speed internet. A large balcony in each suite will give you the opportunity to enjoy a view of the port or read a good book at sunset. Guest access In addition to our beautiful studio suite apartment with balcony you'll also be able to enjoy access to a large shared pool. Lounge by the pool, or enjoy a good book overlooking the incredibly majestic views. Other things to note Please Respect Our Neighbors, No Loud Noise from 8pm - 9am. Pets are NOT allowed. Minors are not allowed on the property if not accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian and should not be left on the premises unsupervised. No Smoking inside the property or close to open doors or windows, an extra $150 USD cleaning fee will be charged if the property smells like smoke. $5 USD will be charged for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool. Please put all trash in the trash cans. Visitors who do not stay the night still count as guest. There is a $25 USD fee per day for every guest/visitor that has not been included in your reservation, babies under 24 months are free. Housekeeping & linen service is every third day. Laundry service is available for an added fee. We are located in a historic building therefore we have several stairs throughout the property. Our staff is more than happy to carry your luggage and groceries for you. We are here to serve you. This property is not suitable for those who struggle with climbing stairs. We do not have an elevator.
