The space LOCATION Located in the Monterrey Building, at Rua Mil e Quarenta e Um, No. 12, on the corner of Avenida Brasil. Just a three-minute walk to the beach and five minutes to the Shopping Mall, next to Koch Express, with pharmacies and markets nearby. ACCOMMODATIONS This cozy space features a bedroom with a double bed and air-conditioning, plus a separate single mattress. Living room with sofa bed, TV and air-conditioning. Folding dining table, equipped kitchen, washing machine and basic meal utensils. Bed linen and one bath towel per guest are provided. We offer a duvet for each bed, and a microfiber blanket for the single mattress and sofa bed, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING There are two split air-conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY The space has 50mb wi-fi internet in the apartment, a TV in the bedroom with open channels and a TV in the living room with access to streaming services. GARAGE A private parking space that accommodates even large SUVs. The space measures 5 meters long by 2.30 meters wide. The garage ramps are steep and curved, so some maneuvering may be necessary (we are not responsible if you are unable to park the car in the garage). If necessary, my team can point you to private parking near the building. For an extra fee, you can purchase an early check-in and can enter the apartment from 7 a.m. on. ____________________ CHECK-OUT TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m. and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ NIGHT ARRIVAL: Entries after 6 p.m. are not preferably made in person and the two-stop method is used. In this method, the keys are accessed through a lockbox in a location and after that you will head to the apartment.
