Casa Perla is a cozy one-room flat in Trastevere, a central and traditional neighborhood in Rome. It's located just outside the heart of Trastevere, so you could still enjoy the vibrant life of the area and rest peacefully at home. Just upfront of the house there's the "n. 8" tram stop that connect the area directly to Piazza Venezia (the main center of Rome). Within a 10 minutes walk there is "Trastevere" train station, where you can reach Vatican City with a 4 minutes train ride! The space Casa Perla has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a brand new king size bed (190x200 cm - 75x79 inches) perfect for two people and the armchair is a single sofa bed perfect for a kid. There's a new AC system, heaters, a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped (with pans, pots, a Moka coffee machine, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, cutlery, etc.). The bathroom has a nice shower for your relaxation. The Wi-Fi is an optical fiber with the perfect speed if you need to work or if you just want to watch a movie. The TV is Smart TV, with the most famous TV entertainment apps. Guest access The apartment is on a private road, two minutes (walking) from the main entrance, and has nine steps to walk.
