Off the beaten path enough to enjoy privacy and security, but only a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, or a 4 minute drive into town. The air is clean and crisp. Enjoy a swim in the private pool in the day and let the music of the jungle serenade you in the evening. The space Apartment has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed! The apartment comfortably sleeps 3. There is a futon in the living room as well. Unit #3, with ground floor direct access to pool and private entrance from driveway. This 1 bedroom suite is one of 4 units in this vacation complex. The complex is gated for your privacy and security, with electric wires surrounding the complex as well. Amenities: – Wifi – Wooden fence and security wires surrounding property – AC unit in bedroom – Ceiling fan in living room – Refrigerator – Stove, dishes, utensils – microwave – coffee maker – toaster – Pool – Outdoor grill Guest access Our guests have access to the common area, BBQ grill, the pool, lounging chairs, bottled water. Other things to note Tulum is known internationally for it's white sand public beach. It is protected by national park status and development is very limited to ensure it's integrity for all. That in mind, most services aren't on the beach but are in town. That's why the location of these apartments is so good. It's quiet, peaceful, tucked in the jungle and only a 10 min walk to town. The beach is more of an excursion - as often as you want by cab (about 7 mins) or by bike rental (about 25 min ride).
