Guest access You will have access to the entire upstairs unit, including the outdoor patio. There is one bedroom off the kitchen that is closed to guests. This door is locked and this room is private. The downstairs unit and back hallway are closed to guests. We have tenants living in the downstairs unit and ask that you adhere to quiet hours. Other things to note Early check-ins and late check-outs are accommodated on a case by case basis for $25 per two hours. Advanced notice required so we can adjust with our turnover team. Other Things to Note Access & Location: Please note that 'Desert Skylight' is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Situated on a vibrant residential street, you'll be part of a lively neighborhood community. Parking: We are on a residential street offering free street parking, no permit required. There is always parking available, typically right in front of our home. Do keep an eye on signs for street cleaning days. Security Measures: For your safety and security, we have four outdoor security cameras monitoring the exterior of the building. This includes a doorbell camera connected to the first-floor tenant, a camera on the side of the building, one at the rear exit, and another covering the garage area. These cameras are active for security purposes only to ensure the safety of our guests and property. Family Presence: As a family-friendly residence, we are parents of a young daughter, and while the apartment is not fully childproofed, we do aim to make it comfortable and easy for families. Family Amenities: Traveling with little ones? We provide a pack n play, mini crib, high chair, and a selection of books and toys. While we welcome families, please note the space is not fully childproofed, and we encourage a watchful eye on younger guests. Quiet Hours & Community: We value our community’s tranquility. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During weekends in the summer, neighborhood activity can be lively, but we provide earplugs to ensure your comfort. Your respect for our neighbors and adherence to these quiet hours helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Smoking Policy: Smoking of any substance and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Local laws also restrict smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance. Adherence to this policy is crucial. Check-In/Out Flexibility: We offer early check-ins and late check-outs on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $25 per two hours, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance to arrange. Respect & Safety: This is our home, and we take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe space for our guests. We kindly ask that you respect our home and the rules provided. Failure to comply with house rules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.
