The space Welcome to this cozy Ocean-View, Beach-Front Condo located in The Pacific Condominium Association. The Pacific is a most prestigious of communities that offers elegant beach living. The moment you step into this beautiful condo, your vacation and relaxation begin. With a spacious area of 1400 sq. ft., this sunny, bright corner unit boasts: 1) Floor to ceiling windows showcasing a 180 degree stunning Panoramic Ocean View. 2) An open-air, beach view balcony on the 7th floor. Please note, the Host welcomes Families with kids, but children must be supervised for their safety. 3) Direct access to the beach from the building. 4) Two comfortable bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en suite and a walk-in closet. You will sleep in luxury on a King size comfortable bed from RH (Restoration Hardware) Furniture store. The second bedroom houses a Queen size bed, a mirrored closet and a dedicated work area. A second full bathroom is just down the hall. 5) Views of the Queen Mary Ship, Long Beach city, Long Beach marina, and Port of Long Beach. Enjoy a common recreation area, a gym, a sauna, and a swimming pool. 6) A Spacious Living Room with a 9 ft high ceiling. Sink into comfortable RH Cloud Sectional sofas and enjoy the Ocean in front of you as well the large, wall-mount flat screen TV. 7) A Dining Room with front Ocean views of the Marina, and the Legendary Queen Mary Ship. The dining table seats 8 - 10 comfortably. 8) A Kitchen fully equipped for daily cooking..But, who wants to cook while on vacation? There is safe drinking water from Culligan (Reverse Osmosis Water Storage Tank is installed under the kitchen sink. 9) Samsung brand new Washer and Dryer inside the unit. 10) Secure underground parking. Rest easy knowing your vehicles are protected with 2 indoor parking spaces for each unit. This is not a party houses, please find another location. All additional/outside guests need to be registered and signed in. Only gatherings within your group is permitted. The HOA Homeowners Association and management of the Pacific are dedicated to assisting all residents (and guests) in enjoying their homes to the fullest extend and therefore high standards have been established. Common areas require Access cards (2 Key fobs will be provided to guests at check in). Common areas include: Corridors and halls, elevators, lobbies, library and kitchen, pool/spa area, fitness center and locker rooms, beach club room and beach patio area, parking garage and front of the building. Please note most of the above have to pass through the concierge /front desk. No loud talking, unnecessary noises or boisterous conduct is permitted at any time. Common courtesy shall be observed at all times. The number of guests is limited to 4 per unit. Any disturbance where police are called, management is informed of nuisance coming from where you are staying, or neighbors complain about disruptions related to your stay you will be subject to a $3000 fine and immediate termination of your agreement and all guests will be removed from the party with no refund.
