Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or soaking in the unique blend of nature and city life, this home-away-from-home offers a one-of-a-kind stay. It is equipped with a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar in the living room and a 35-inch TV in the bedroom (Netflix, Prime Video, and HBO Max included). The modern bathroom is well stocked with all the essentials needed for your stay. In the kitchen, you’ll find a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods and a welcome basket with snacks. The unit also includes a washer and dryer (with washing pods provided), high-speed Wi-Fi, and free overnight parking for one vehicle upon request (a $50-per-day value). Guest access The guest will have access to the entire unit + amenities. Other things to note First and foremost, you'll be staying in my condo, so please treat it with care and respect! The building is not a hotel. It is one of few Airbnb friendly condominiums in downtown shared between families and Airbnb guests in which we take great pride in being able to make sure that it's a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. THAT BEING SAID, BY BOOKING THIS RESERVATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES WHICH ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED: 1. All adult guests/visitors must provide a valid copy of their ID 48 hours prior to arrival to be registered into the building (including names and ages of children under 18). -Only registered guests with proper ID will be allowed entry. NO Exceptions. -Upon each entry into the building, check in with the security guard is a MUST. -No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. 2.
