The house is fenced on all sides. Other things to note Arrival Form After booking, we will send you a form where you can fill in your expected arrival time, mode of transportation, and additional information that will help us prepare the cottage according to your needs. Filling out this form is not mandatory, but we recommend it for a smooth arrival and maximum enjoyment of your stay. Check-in Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know at least a day in advance, and we will try to arrange for the house to be cleaned earlier. However, this depends on several factors, and we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to accommodate your request. We always strive to do our best to meet the needs of all our guests. Access to the Property and Cottage The gate to the cottage can be easily opened by calling a specific phone number, and the house is accessed with a smart lock with a keypad. We will provide you with the code and phone number 24 hours before check-in. We do Airbnb legally According to Czech law, we are required to collect your legal details. Although many hosts do not report guests to the foreign police, we could face significant fines for failing to do so. All travelers staying in our house must fill out and sign the online forms we will send you before your arrival.
