When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Two enterprising enthusiasts, parents, lovers of travel, design and great hedonists. Looking forward to seeing you:)! Martin & Lenka The space On the ground floor of the Chata Les, also called the green cottage, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, AEG washing machine, microwave, hob and hood. The kitchen is followed by a dining table with 6 chairs and a living room with a couch, a deck chair, a TV wall and a fireplace. There is also a closet with storage space, and a popular swing with a load capacity of 150 kg. In the entrance hall you will find a toilet with a sink. Two bedrooms with a large round window on the floor are identical, consisting of a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and an armchair with a storage table for pleasant relaxation. Each of these bedrooms is followed by a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The third bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed 160 x 200cm, a chest of drawers, a children's carpet and toys, it is designed primarily for children, but it is not a requirement. The roof windows are equipped with blackout blinds. Children's swings, a slide and a trampoline are available on the premises. Parking for up to 3 cars right in front of the cottage. We have not forgotten the Kedar design grill, which you can use without restrictions. Moments of relaxation will certainly be made more pleasant by the year-round hot tub, which is located on the terrace of the cottage and a private sauna. Guest access You will receive more information after your booking is confirmed. Arrival details such as the exact location and the code to enter the premises and the building are communicated by email in the week of your arrival. Other things to note Please note that there is a ban on making fires outside the fireplace and grill, a ban on parties, the use of sparklers, candles and fireworks. Thank you.
