With easy access to the main bus routes and Waterloo Street train station (a 3-minute walk away), guests can easily travel and explore the city! Waterloo offer great walks along the sand dunes or alternatively why not try the local red squirrel walking trail exploring woodlands. The space Welcome to my apartment! Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment of is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple food and drink options and only a stone throw from the Beach. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven, toaster & air fryer. A washing machine / dryer is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a double bed, smart tv and a wardrobe for your clothing and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Sofa bed is provided so you can sleep up to 6 guests. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Noise and crowd detection equipment is installed within the apartment Enjoy your stay! Guest access On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using the main door access and keysafe. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys. Minimum age of over 21 for main guest. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
