Come stay in our studio apartment located within a gated property Designed for short term stays, there’s a large bathroom, a tiny kitchen, an outdoor patio with table and chairs and a very comfortable king-size bed. We recently installed A/C. Just 3 kilometers from SJO airport, you can get here in less than 10 minutes. Conveniently located within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. Restaurant on the premises, Kaoba Coffee & Garden. Closes at 7 pm. The space This little guest house is suitable for short term stays; it is quite small and cosy. Enjoy a big screen tv with Netflix and Youtube. Small kitchen with toaster oven, convection stove with pans, kettle, french press coffee maker, sink, the basics to make a meal. And sit at the table on the porch surrounded by garden, with the sound of birds in the big trees. Guest access If you arrive before 7 PM the gate will be open and you can drive or walk in. The guest house is not visible from the entrance, so just come up the driveway half way and on your right hand side you´ll see the wooden cabin with 2 parking spaces in front. To the left of the cabin you´ll find the little guest house, this listing. If you will be arriving after 7 PM let us know and we will open the gate for you. During your stay you will have a remote control for the electric gate, plus the key for the guest house and a second key for the door in the electric gate if you will be coming in and out by foot.
