Two private bedrooms, each with the comfortable beds– one is a sofa bed with a quality mattress, now set up as a full-size bed (140×200 cm).The Vltava River with its boats is within walking distance, and a quiet, low-turist riverside path leads to the centre in 25–30 minutes. Our boho-style apartment welcomes you with a relaxed atmosphere, creative details, and quiet comfort – the perfect setting for a few days away from routine. The apartment is located in an exceptionally quiet spot with a view of Vyšehrad’s green hillside. And yet, within just a few minutes, you’re in the very heart of Prague – all major sights are easily accessible on foot or by tram. You’ll enjoy 44 m² of cosy living: two separate rooms, a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. A baby cot is available upon request. (The shower was renovated in May, and it is amazingly spacious!) The first room features a double bed and a small dining table, with bohemian decor and a standout lamp with a blue lampshade. The second room includes a sofa bed (140×200 cm) with a quality mattress, now set up as a full-size bed, and an armchair that converts into a bed (80×190 cm) suitable for sleeping. There is also a work corner and a TV. The space is full of original decorative touches. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (with capsules), tea and basic ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar, oil and syrup. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, a Lidl supermarket and the Albertov tram stop. A pleasant path behind the house leads directly to Vyšehrad and the Prague Congress Centre. A 5-minute walk to the river brings you to the popular riverside with boats, bars, live music and a great atmosphere – from there, you can walk along the river to Charles Bridge and even reach Prague Castle. Overnight and weekend parking near the apartment is free. On weekdays (8:00–20:00), parking costs 1.2 EUR/hour. There’s also a convenient public P+R parking lot (4 EUR/24 h), just 4 minutes by car or 14 minutes on foot. Note: the 24-hour limit must be reset by driving out and back in. In summer it’s a pleasant walk along Vyšehrad; in winter it may be less comfortable. The local accommodation tax is 50 CZK (approx. 2.30 EUR) per person over 18 and per night.
