In the event you are unable to access the house through the Smart Lock, message us and we can get you directions to the spare key. Guests have access to the entire space. The garage and one closet is locked for personal storage. Additionally the HVAC, Hot Water heater and garden shed are locked. Other things to note The pool is not available during the winter months. The pool is generally open from May to October depending on weather. Please ask before booking if the pool will be available for your preferred dates!
