The house contains 2 apartments, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking peace, privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere. It is not suitable for any kind of loud groups or parties. Quiet hours are respected, especially at night, as everyone in the house expects a peaceful environment. We allow max 1 children. I live on the property with my two small Maltese dogs. During your stay, I only use the yard for maintenance. I am always available if you need assistance, local recommendations, or advice. The space The apartment offers more than 100 m² of living space and consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an additional toilet and a private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a home, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and all the equipment needed for everyday cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine, bed linen, towels and basic kitchen essentials. The property features a large fully fenced garden with a 60 m³ swimming pool, hydromassage, a sunbathing area, a traditional tavern with an additional kitchen and bathroom, a gym, barbecue facilities, a swing and private parking. There is plenty of space to relax, socialize or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Depending on the season and availability, guests are often welcome to enjoy homegrown fruits, vegetables, herbs, homemade jams, marmalades, liqueurs and my own homemade hot and sweet chili sauces. If there is anything additional you may need during your stay, please feel free to ask. We do our best to make our guests feel at home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment, private balcony and all shared outdoor facilities on the property. This includes the swimming pool, sunbathing area, fully fenced garden, traditional tavern with an additional kitchen and bathroom, gym, barbecue area, hydromassage, swing and other amenities. Private parking is available inside or directly in front of the property. The fully fenced garden provides plenty of space for relaxation, outdoor activities and a carefree holiday with children or pets. Other things to note The apartment is ideally located, surrounded by nature and just minutes from Pula’s historic city center and best natural beaches. No city crowds or parking hassles. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while staying close to the city. Smoking is not allowed inside but permitted on the private balcony and outdoor areas. Pets are welcome. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxation, surrounded by lush greenery. The swimming pool is open year-round.
