Please place bins curbside the night before and return them to the backyard afterward. • Recycling Collection: Every other Friday (handled by housekeeping). • Kindly avoid overfilling bins—a $25 fee applies for overflow. ★ Lawn Care: Our gardener maintains the property every other Thursday morning to ensure the outdoor areas remain beautiful and well-kept.
