Welcome to your new favorite spot in Chamberí! Other things to note When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you in the apartment once you have checked in. CHECK IN Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h you will have to pay 35 €. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. DURING THE STAY The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, especially during the summer months. They place the containers starting at 7 pm. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST APARTMENT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be picked up at a location other than the accommodation.
