One on the main floor, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the hallway upstairs. - Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport - Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance. - Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad. - Secure attached 2 car garage & TONS of available street parking. - Our home features not one...not two... large comfortable Living rooms! Both feature lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 55" and 50" SMART TV's which feature complimentary Netflix. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast! -Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out. Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 3 queen beds in the remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed on the main floor. - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our home with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Windermere Currents - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton! *Please note* the outside backyard is not accessible to guests Other things to note *Please note* -Additional guest fee apply after 2 guests -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total. ✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD AND RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING✦ This property requires a $750 CAD security deposit hold once reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. Automatic instructions will be sent right after your booking confirmation. The security deposit hold is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file which will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out, assuming there is no damage to the property and all our house rules have been followed. This task is done by our API-connected software to this platform. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. ✦ We've have a host-initiated verification and ID verification process in obtaining the pre-arrival requirement✦ We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
