Guest access The guests would have full access to the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, which includes a shared balcony, joint/shared rooftop, and garage parking (only one spot per reservation). The apartment is fully private, but the balcony is shared with long-term residents & has a privacy divider. The garage is on the 1st floor of the building. ATTENTION: IMPORTANT PARKING INFO – PLEASE READ To avoid any potential parking issues: Only ONE vehicle is allowed inside the garage, in the designated spot provided in your check-in instructions. If you need more than one spot, please use the SpotHero app to find nearby paid parking options. We strongly recommend bringing just ONE vehicle if you plan to park in the garage. Street parking near the building is limited, metered, and not guaranteed. It can be tough to find, especially during weekends or holidays. Garage parking is tight. It may be challenging for inexperienced drivers or larger vehicles like F-150s, Suburbans, or similar, but it is 100% doable with care. Oversized vehicles, vans, or lifted trucks will NOT fit in the garage. If you're unsure whether your car will fit, please reach out before arrival — we're happy to help! Other things to note • One COMPLIMENTARY SECURED garage parking spot per reservation! • The building has 24/7 surveillance cameras for security purposes. They are located in the common hallways and exterior walls of the building. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment, which is entirely private. • The building is located 3 minutes away from the WESTERN Blue Line, which takes you straight to downtown Chicago within 15 minutes. • It is a new development with thick glazed vacuum-insulated windows, so you won't hear much noise from the street. • The best CHICAGO skyline city view. • Rooftop (NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND). • Private balcony (NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND). • Working desk & chair.
