Large house with garden

Welcome to our accommodation! It is a 200m2 house located in Batre, a small village of less than 2000 inhabitants in the Regional Park of the Middle Course of the river Guadarrama, 8 km from Arroyomolinos. Away from urban centres, the accommodation is the ideal place to disconnect from the routine. In addition, enjoying a large garden with a private summer pool, the house is a perfect corner of nature to enjoy a holiday with family or groups of friends :) The space Our house is located in the Urbanización Cotorredondo, a housing estate in the natural park of Guadarrama. It can only be accessed by car, there is no (or very little) public transport. The house has 200 square meters on a plot of 1100 m2. The plot has ornamental plants and a pond, another part is covered with oaks, well kept, but preserved as the bush, with wild plants. The house is simple and familiar. As you can see in the photos, it consists of the following spaces divided into two levels. GROUND FLOOR - A lounge area with two sofas, TV, fireplace and dining table with folding chairs. - Bedroom with a 150x190 bed and desk for working. - Bedroom with a double bed 140x190, TV and desk to work. - Bathroom with shower-bathtub type Polibán The staircase between both floors is the staircase seen in the photos of the living room. UPPER FLOOR - The open kitchen with railings to the living room, also has a smaller dining table than the living room. - Bedroom with two 90x190 single beds, round table and two chairs. - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Bedroom with a trundle bed of two 80x190 beds - Master bedroom with double bed 160x200, TV and ensuite bathroom OUTSIDE SPACE - Outside the house, it is the end of the street. You can park without problem. - Ramp to access the main entrance leading to the kitchen. - Large garden with swimming pool available only in summer Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has air conditioning through 4 Split type air conditioner in the living room and the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The property has heating via aerothermal radiators that we control remotely. The temperature can be adjusted using the dials on each unit. We leave firewood available for the fireplace in the garden (PROHIBITED to use in summer for fire prevention). The private swimming pool will be accessible during the summer months. The dates vary each year, so please do not hesitate to ask. GOOD TO KNOW *The maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden is done every Monday from 10h-11h.*. If you come by car, you can park inside the property, there is room for up to 3-4 cars on the ramp at the entrance. There is also no problem to park on the street in front of the house. Other things to note CHECK IN The entrance is done through a key box where we will leave the keys before your arrival. There is a noise control system on the property to prevent parties from taking place on the property. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
