WELCOME EVERYONE! Detached villa in the San Juan Reservoir (Urb. Costa de Madrid) Modern, spacious, windows to the ceiling, lots of light, in a natural mountain environment, pine forests, to get lost in! - 82 km from Madrid (65') - 200 m from the Motorboat Club on the shores of the lake where you can ski, canoe, kayak, sail, fish, swim, windsurf, wakeboard - 7.2 km from San Martín de Valdeiglesias with buses to Madrid - Archaeological, sports, leisure and tourist areas - No pollution The space WELCOME!!! A modern, single-family detached chalet with lots of natural light and large windows that reach the ceiling throughout the house, located on a separate 1,326 m² plot with a rustic "wild" garden, surrounded by nature and pine forest in the middle of the mountains. The lake is 300 meters in a straight line "on the map". It takes a few minutes to go by car to blue-flagged bathing areas. Built 255 m² total, distributed on two floors (159 m²) plus an open ground floor (96 m²) where you can leave the vehicle. The villa and its plot are at your disposal. It has a removable pool (you must check its status before booking). On the ground floor is a living room (with new split air conditioning), terrace and American kitchen (where you can find the necessary utensils for your stay), a bedroom with two beds and a built-in closet and a bathroom. On the first floor, two rooms with windows and lots of natural light and individual air conditioning in each, large built-in closets, with lofts, to leave luggage, clothes, etc. The master bedroom has a terrace, a bathroom with natural light, a double bed, desks and an armchair for working. The other bedroom on this floor has a bunk bed, a double bed. Desk and chairs are available in the closet. Both rooms have split hot and cold air conditioning The living room has a terrace and views of nature. Hot water, microwave, washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric and charcoal barbecue, and portable ones. Wood-burning stove with fireplace. Supplementary gas stove with CO² detector and portable heaters. The chalet's facilities are safe and modern. In the house there is everything you need for your stay, towels, sheets, duvet covers and duvets, dishes, dishwasher soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap. You can visit us. We recommend asking us about the current state of the equipment for your convenience, as we usually make some changes frequently. Pool maintenance must be done by guests. You must inform us of how many guests, pets, visitors will be coming and describe the use that will be made of the property. 1.- Responsibility, respect and coexistence with others and the environment. Confetti, or materials that soil or may damage any part of the property (and the plot) are not allowed. 2.- The house and plot must be delivered in the same state of .* Furniture, dishes, etc. Indoor furniture must remain indoors. If you are unable to comply with the rules, you must notify us in advance or as soon as possible. If the rules of order and cleanliness are not properly complied with, we may be able to charge you between €65 and €150 extra, approximately, for these items, at the end of the stay. Ask us any questions. 3.- Any damage or breakage of anything must be reported as soon as possible, in order to be corrected. We also ask you to inform us of any eventuality that could be important to correct and/or take into consideration. 4.- If you bring pets, you must clean up what they generate. The beds, sofa beds and their linens are not for pets, so we recommend that you bring your own supplies for them. 5.- Smokers must do so outside the house, and cigarette butts must be extinguished in ashtrays, or containers with water, taking care that they do not fall to the ground. 6.- We have an electric and charcoal barbecue, but because it is a protected area, and high risk in dry or hot or windy times, to make charcoal barbecues throughout your stay, it is mandatory to consult us before for the mandatory permission of the City Council of San Martín de Valdeiglesias and for the indications and application of the safety rules. Important: The management, and approval or denial of the permit, as well as the responsibilities of everything related to the realization of the barbecues and their consequences, are fully assumed by the guests, both in the management and in the use and in everything that could derive from their use. 7.- When leaving, the appliances, lights, heating, and faucets must be turned off. Close windows, doors and street gate. Throw all garbage in the containers. There is great biodiversity, with hundreds of species per square meter. We try to respect this natural place as much as possible and ask you to take care of it.
