Its cozy decor with a Savoyard theme and its spaciousness make it a real haven, close to the lake and the center of Le Bourget-du-Lac. LIVING SPACES Large, welcoming living room with sofa and armchairs around a smart HD TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, MyCanal with your login details), PlayStation 4 and numerous board games. Dining table for 12 people. THE KITCHEN Fully equipped and open to the living room: 2 large fridge-freezers, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, multifunction blender, raclette and fondue sets, 2 crepe makers. A second table for 6 people for breakfast. Oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, tea, herbal teas and a few coffee capsules are provided. THE POOL TABLE & COWORKING ROOM Pool table with several cues, 4-seat workspace for laptops and sofa: ideal for combining work and relaxation. In the heart of the Alpine corridor, the villa offers quick access to the routes to Lyon, Grenoble and Annecy, as well as to Chambéry–Savoie–Mont-Blanc Airport. Guest access You have the whole house and the terrace. Sheets, duvet covers and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Free parking in front of the house (unassigned spaces). Other things to note We take great care of the Casa du Lac and expect you to do the same. An inspection is carried out at check-in and check-out.
