La Curtillette 3* Gîte: St Pierre de Curtille, on the road to the tour of Lake Bourget, 3 km from the beach of Conjux (restaurant, pedal boats, boat rental) fully renovated cottage, 35 m2 terrace, 4 bedrooms for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Air conditioning is only in the 2 attic bedrooms. Being an old house with thick walls, the lower part is cool even in summer. Visit the abbey of Hautecombe, 6 km from the village of Chanaz, its artisans, its canal, restaurants by the water. The space To make the most of your vacation or weekends and lighten your luggage!!! - Your beds are made upon arrival. - Bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided - You don't have to clean when you leave, we take care of everything!! Except for sure: - Empty your garbage cans as well as the selective sorting (2 bins available in the garden shed) - Dishes clean and tidy, dishwasher emptied. - Plancha cleaned. At your disposal free of charge when booking, bed umbrella, mattresses, mattress pad, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and safety gates for stairs. - In front of the cottage you have a private parking space for two cars, otherwise free communal parking is 50 m away. Outside you also have a closed garden shed of 5 m2 to be able to store bicycles, beach gear etc... On the ground floor, upon entering, you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen, induction cooktop, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge with freezer section, filter coffee machine + Nespresso (pod), kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine and all necessary cooking utensils. - A hallway that contains an ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. - A separate toilet. - A dining/living room, table for 8 people, sofa, armchair, coffee table, TNT TV channels, free Wi-Fi. The entire ground floor has direct access to a fenced terrace of 35m2, table for 8 people as well as a garden furniture, a gas plancha (bottle provided) On the 1st floor: - A bedroom 2 pers double bed 140*200, a closet and a desk. - A bedroom 2 pers double bed: 160*200, a closet, a desk and a dresser, possibility to add an umbrella bed only in this room. - A separate bathroom, shower, sink, storage dresser, hairdryer. - A separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: - A 2-person AIR-CONDITIONED bedroom with its private bathroom, double bed: 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe, television, hairdryer. - One AIR-CONDITIONED bedroom for 2 children/teens, 2 single beds 90 x 185, wardrobe - A separate toilet - All bedrooms being located upstairs we can't accommodate the people with reduced mobility. - At your disposal in the gîte are maps and tourist guides. - We remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. -No parties or funerals young girl/boy .
